    OK. Question: Inst3ad of putting one teaspoon of sugar into each bottle, why don’t you just put 60 teaspoons of sugar into the bucket of beer, stir it up, and fill your bottles. I am a home brewer. This is what the rest of us are doing. It’s much easier.

    After 3 or 4 years, I would recommend stepping up to some real grains. The beer is much more full bodied and the styles you can make are more varied. I guess it depends what you like. Good informative video though.

    I used too much. When I opened the bottles I had gushers. I should have used half as much as I did. I don’t do it like this anymore. Check out my vid “How I make homebrew now.” It’s a better and faster way of making it. Also check out my vid “How I bottle homebrew now.”

    That will work but it is messy and more time consuming. I had to reopen my first batch and add more priming sugar as I only did 1/4 of what it needed. Why–I don’t know-I misread the instructions. When you do that be prepared for a diet coke and mentos reaction. I add it to entire batch now. then bottle all of them and cap. Beer ME!

    As a brewer myself, put ur beer in ur bottle, then add a table spoon of sugar then hurrly cap the bottel, you will notice you will have a great head on it when you descide to drink your bottle, been doing it like that for years.
